Hi there!
I recently updated to Big Sur 11.4 and also use SoftRaid 6.0.5.
But the volumes do not appear on the desktop or in the finder.
I can open SoftRaid and everything shows up. All HDDs, all volumes.
But all Raids are deactivated. When pressing "activate", the green bar appears until approx. 50%......and it switches back to "deactivated".
Please help.

I believe the SoftRAID driver is not loading.
Try pasting this into terminal.app and see if your volumes mount:
sudo kmutil load -p /Library/Extensions/SoftRAID.kext
