Can you paste this command into the terminal.app and hit enter? there should be no output, let me know what you get: (You need your admin password)

sudo xattr /Library/Extensions/SoftRAID.kext

@cyberkronos

The lack of output tells you that the driver is not quarantined.

Do this and let me know:

Uninstall SoftRAID driver - all components, from utilities menu

restart.

Run SoftRAID and install the driver

do NOT restart.

Go to System Preferences/Security.

Do you see the option to unlock and Allow OWC as an identified developer?

If you do, allow and restart and you should be good.

If you do not see this, wait a few more minutes. if it never comes up, let me know.

@softraid-support I followed your instructions to the letter but I did not get the message asking me to validate OWC nor did I get a restart requested by Softrai after reinstalling the drivers, on the other hand I checked by the terminal is (ho surprise they were still quarantined for Apple security concerns) so here we are again with the same problem, an additional question concerning you, if in spite of and moral fatigue to see this mess, I decide to go from the Raid (0+1). 6 DD of softraid has a raid 0 6 DD managed by monterey I will find all my DATA without losing any ????????

@cyberkronos

No you cannot change RAID levels without losing data.

I will send you something via direct email. See if that helps.
