All looks good but when running Disk Tests like Aja or Blackmagic, Monterey crashes reproducible after a few seconds. Removing encryption and all is fine. Tested with 6.2 and 6.2.1 beta.
I'm aware of some reports in this forum but would like to track this problem with exactly this configuration.

The problem is encryption. We are waiting for a fix in macOS to support encryption on third party drivers (SoftRAID). That is what is causing this.
Hopefully it is soon, we have the attention of an engineering team, but I don't know how long it will take, this has been a problem since Mojave.

Do you know it is workig with Apple Software RAID and APFS encryption, to have a solution until it is fixed?

Yes with Apple Software RAID and APFS encryption works. Hopefully a fix will come . Love to use Softraid in the future.
