Just upgraded to SoftRAID 7.0.1 on MacStudio running OS 12.6.3.
Two connected Thunderbay4's appear and run just fine, however...
SoftRAID Monitor only shows connected disks/volumes upon first launch of the app. Any launch after that shows empty windows for both disks & volumes. I can only get Monitor to show all drives properly again after I Force Quit SoftRAID_Monitor via Activity Monitor.
I do rely on SoftRAID Monitor to mount/unmount my two Thunderbays several times a day as I switch between different clients' video edit projects and want only the current project's drive mounted at any given time.
Tech Support Flle is attached, but I will say that while the "no disks & volumes" issue is happening, the Utilities menu is dimmed out and won't allow me to generate a support file – I can only generate that file when SoftRAID Monitor is working properly (after a ForceQuite & re-launch).
this is our bug. It is a UI bug only, and we are working on it. A simple workaround is use the 7.0 application temporarily. Run it, do not install the driver, but that will work fine when you need to run SoftRAID.
