SoftRAID Volume Missing more than 1 Disks??

Hi, After a long month I just received a Flex 8 replacement RAID couple days ago (the previous has faulty CFexpress reader, the new one has not working white/blue status LEDs!!). Not funny but the big problems ahead. I've installed the disks and the RAID was working fine. Today I've turned on the Flex8 RAID5 which consists of 8x 16TB drives which holds my whole audio visual archive. I couldn't believe my eyes but I got: SoftRAID Volume Missing Disks. The volume is missing more than one disk. It does not have enough of its disk to mount... At the same time I can see all the 8 disks on the disk pane. Each disk has green "no errors" sign also 112TB Volume "no errors"... unmounted. No way to mount the RAID5. Mount point - disk identifier - What to do? I'm depressed. No errors or 1 or more disks are missing (which one if any?) All the disks after DriveDX inspection diagnosis are fine. And all the disks are clearly visible with "no errors" in SoftRAID... I'm attaching a tech support report. Does your RAID5 offer any data protection? Or was it a mistake a I should stay with single disks option and get 8x less disk header error probability? How to protect RAID from such a errors? Looks like single stupid mounting point error crashes my all 8 disks RAID with 8 physically working drives? Arti

Seems like the volume split. The support file problem is a concern. If you restart can you create a support file?

That was you who sent the support file? It has a 112TB volume (named 128TB Archive)

There is not a RAID 10 volume connected.
