Difference in Space Available between Disk and Volume

SoftRAID reports my internal laptop 500 GB SSD having 3,58 KB available in Disks tab and 141 GB available in Volumes tab – why?

Finder says 140,77 GB running OS X 10.11.2 and SoftRAID Lite 5.1.1.

This is correct.

The disk is fully partitioned. There is no room for additional volumes on the disk.

The volume has lots of space available for more files.

Thanks! Forgot to thank you for your reply and answer.

This misunderstanding might happen to other new users as well – some explaining on the application might prevent that?

Just to let you know where this kind of confusion arrises: I didn't understand that available space to Disks didn't mean how much available disk space on that physical disk has to files but how much available disk space that disk has for making new Volumes.
