I converted a volume from AppleRAID to SoftRAID. When I boot the computer. I get an error (attached) and I cannot write to that volume anymore. However, SoftRAID does not display any error. Suggestions?

This i is caused by OS X's journal not able to be replayed, usually, but not always after an "unclean" shutdown.
If you have any utility such as Disk Warrior, they can usually fix this kind of issue easily.
