Hi
Since I have done the update to 5.6 I have now to separated drives instead of one mirror drive!
What can I do, please help! See screenshot attached. Why only 500k screenshots, wow this is so annoying and .sr_supt files not allowed??
Thanks
Rainer
PS: I am getting fed up with softraid, USB drive disconnects all the time and now this...

Please send a Support file to support at softraid.

The forum software does not accept the support files, unfortunately, we wish it did.

What happened was not the Sierra upgrade, but a problem with the USB bus or the drive.

The primary disk disappeared from the bus, so the Mirror failed over. Then the ex-primary shows up again, but after the restart, so SoftRAID could not rebuild the volume as it was not sure which volume to use as the primary.

This has happened a couple times in the past, but it did not affect the mirror. SoftRAID was able to rebuild it.

One or both of your disks is not reliable on the USB bus.

It could be a hub. Or a bad cable, I can't tell.

What is odd is the difference in used space on the two disks is very large. So you need to be careful on fixing this.

Manually inspect both volumes. Its easiest if you rename one to avoid confusion.
Select the one you are keeping
Delete the other volume
"remove missing secondary disks"
"Add secondary disk".

This requires a full rebuild.

Also, these are USB 2, which are slow, so it will take a long time to rebuild, but the volume can be used during rebuilding.
