Issue is resolved,
First reinstalled the old driver by rightclicking the boot drive.
Reboot didn't work, but full shutdown did bring the RAID back.
thanks
Went back to 5.8.1
still no RAID

The forum is too slow when your volumes do not mount.
Send a SoftRAID tech support file to support at softraid, and we can figure this out for you.
I was having the same issue on 10.14.5 on an iMac Pro this morning. The Security Settings fixed my issue. Thank you!
Has this allready been fixed?
This is a MacOS security issue. We changed our Developer Identifier by merging multiple accounts. So the user sometimes has to "allow" the new Identified Developer.

Hello,
Well, i purchased a 2 TB Accelsior about six weeks ago. There were some issues using the Accelsior with my old 2010 Mac Pro. So I wondered if there might be another way to use it. I have a MacBook Pro, 2016 15", which I use for video processing. Would the Accelsior work with my laptop - I wondered about that too? I contacted OWC online and was told that it would work fine with the Helios 3s. So I bought one last week. I have been trying for a few days now to get the Accelsior to mount. The Accelsior is in the Helios 3S. This is very definitely not the "plug and play" I am used to or was expecting. So right now I am pretty upset. Oh..... I am running Mojave 10.14.6 on the laptop. I sure would like to know what to do next. I have followed all of the suggestions here, including the two recommendations about modifying the System Preferences "Security and Privacy" Settings and restarting. I've reinstalled the SoftRAID driver, too. I'm still willing to try new recommendations for a fix. Do you have any new recommendations?
Hello....
I have done all of these recommended procedures for the update except using the latest Combo Updater for Mojave. I have downloaded the Combo Updater, but I am unable to install it. The Updater app does not allow me to install it. So, I am wondering about updating to Catalina. Is the problem I and many others are experiencing with a SoftRAID installation on Mojave also experienced on Catalina? One other possibility I see is that an earlier version of SoftRAID, maybe it was version 5.7? (I'm not on that page right now and don't want to lose what I have typed here, but I think it was 5.7) works well on Mojave? How do I get that? Thanks for your help.
Can you confirm you allowed the "Identified Developer" as detailed here:

Here is how to tell if the SoftRAID driver is actually loading...
Run this in terminal:
kextstat -b com.softraid.driver.SoftRAID
There will be a version, should be 5.8.2, if it is loading.
Greetings and Thank you. I received an email from Tech Support this morning and I now have a volume and it is mounted. So I am very appreciative of that for sure. I have one remaining issue....
The Accelsior that I am using with SoftRaid has four SSD's for a total of 2TB. Only 3 of the 4 SSD's is showing, so my new volume doesn't include that fourth SSD. How do I fix that?
Patrick
Uh oh...It looks like I lost the first part of my previous post, and I don't know how to get it back.....sorry if that is missing.
ng the two recommendations about modifying the System Preferences "Security and Privacy" Settings and restarting. I've reinstalled the SoftRAID driver, too. I'm still willing to try new recommendations for a fix. Do you have any new recommendations?
Shut down your Mac Pro. It should come back on restart. If it happens again, call in to replace it, this is not normal.
