normally support responds within a few hours, at most 1 day
More than a week ago i submitted a support request via email, and twice more since then for a total of 3, and no response
anyone know if there's a problem?

You must have been sending emails to an incorrect address, as they were not received.
We got your "4th" email, but not any others.
