Might be a dumb question but I'm trying to figure out how to retrieve my SoftRaid XT serial number as I may need to replace my current workstation.

If you have a newer enclosure, then it may be underneath it. If not, then it was on a DVD, or online registration.
If you cannot find it, send an email to support at softraid and enclose a SoftRAID tech support file, which we can use to extract your license from it.
