No need to do an uninstall, just run 5.6.3 Lite.

I did that and I even uninstalled and reinstalled. Still can’t get my license to work. I’m constantly being prompted that my license is already in use. This is my only install and license of SR Lite 5.6.3.

A license in use refers to another computer that is or was running SoftRAID.

If you are currently only running SoftRAID on one computer and get this message:
A) Restart any other computer that may have ever run SoftRAID.
B) Restart your existing computer
C) Restart your internet router. (and Apple TV if you have one on the network)

If none of these work, email support at softraid and we can send you a tool that will check your bonjour network and help diagnose the cause of this.

A) I don’t have any other machines with SR on it.
B) I’ve restarted this Mac Mini so many times already by installing, uninstalling and reinstalling the software on it.
C) Just restarted my Internet router and my AppleTV

Same results, my license is already in use.

Try downloading this app:
https://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/13388/bonjour-browser/download
(Bonjour Browser)

It should tell you what is published on your Bonjour network. Does this give you any clues?

This is what I get when I run this:

local - 21
_acp-sync._tcp -1
_adisk._tcp. -1
_airplay._tcp -1
_apple-mobdev2._tcp -2
_canon-bjnp1._tcp. -1
_device-info._tcp. -1
_fax-ipp._tcp -1
_ipps._tcp. -1
_mediaremotetv._tcp -1
_sleep-proxy._udp. -1
Airport Base Station (_airport._tcp.) -1
AirTunes (_raop._tcp.) -1
Apple File Sharing (_afpovertcp._tcp.) -2
HTTP (_http._tcp.) -4
Internet Printing Protocol (_ipp._tcp.) -2
Print Spooler (_printer._tcp.) -2
Printer PDL Data Stream (_pdl-datastream._tcp.) -1
Remote Frame Buffer (_rfb._tcp.) -1
Samba (_smb._tcp.) -2
SFTP (_sftp-ssh._tcp.) -1
SSH (_ssh._tcp.) -1

I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be looking for?

Thanks.

If you have restarted your Apple Airport Base station, then I don't either.

Can you send a SoftRAID tech support file to support at SoftRAID?

We can take a better look that way.
