Hello,
I have send in twice a requst via a request form to upgrade my SoftRAID XT version to the SoftRAID RAID 5 capable version but I do not get a reply. I checked my spambox.
Like to hear from you.

I do not see your forum name, but do see two Peter's, which will be processed tonight or tomorrow AM. Hopefully that is you.

Still no reaction on my upgrade request via the form.

All upgrade coupons were issued. Are you still missing your coupon?
If so, contact us directly at support at softraid. the forum is not the best place to handle that.
