Is it possible to recover data after "initialize"? I pointed to the wrong drive what I wanted.... :(

Its not easy. You can try running Disk Drill on the volume. You can use trial mode to see if it can recover your "structure" (files/folders/names). There is a chance it can. Initializing a disk erases the directory, however.
