Hi I have (2) Raid 1+0 on a 2019 12.7 Monterey and due to software upgrades I need to upgrade to Mac Os 14 Sonoma. I had a previous problem a while back when I upgraded my OS and I wasn't able to add new files to the volume. I had to delete the volume and start over. So I am currently running 7.6 with no issues and I am asking you the pros should I upgrade to Sonoma or wait due to some issues that are still being worked out. I appreciate your time and response.

There are no issues. However, good advice is always remove all external storage, when upgrading MacOS. Your problem was a directory issue, not a "SoftRAID" conflict. By removing volumes/disks, you avoid any MacOS triggered directory damage potential.
