I upgraded my license to 7 Pro on 11/7/2022 and for some reason Softraid shows my support plan ended on 8/21/2022, making me unable to upgrade from 7.5 to 7.6 to use with Sonoma.
It shows 7.6 was released on Sep 26, 2023 so I should be able to to use it, no? I assume my Support Plan would have ended on 11/7/2023.

Haven't heard anything back here so I filed a support ticket as it looks like the upgrade price is showing to me to be $250 when I thought it should be $99?

i Could not find your license, but did. I gixed the renewal so it is $99.
Your upgrade was a "free" upgrade, as part of support, which does not reset the support plan. It expired in August.
