DiskDrill weren't there before, I just installed them now to check the temperature, all crashes happened without them, I'm removing this now

Thanks, we needed to eliminate that. Also, I do not know how Disk Drill frequency does SMART checks, but excessive SMART checking can adversely affect performance (drives can time out as much as two minutes for a SMART query)

Hello, there is one more nuance, this company has a Forigate firewall router installed, there is one day a week when everyone works only from home, connecting via a Forigate VPN client and mounting the server as a network volume on home computers. I don’t know if this has any significance for the server. Sometimes, when everyone is in the office, someone can connect from home. I have a hard time imagining whether the network structure can cause a kernel panic on the server? I am not there all the time and only provide third-party support, but I can constantly see what is happening with the server by connecting remotely via Team Viewer or Any Desk. And I can immediately see if it has crashed because then a window with a crash report will be opened. At the same time, I never get complaints about server instability, all crashes occur outside of working hours. It is very difficult to communicate with the Internet provider, from his point of view, the Internet works - there are no problems. I think this phenomenon started when workers started connecting remotely, but I'm not sure, and I'm also not sure if this is even possible. In any case, there have been about 2-3 more crashes since our last correspondence.

Engineering has taken a look at this. SoftRAID is not in the backtrace. It seems it may be peripherally involved at best.

Next crash, can you gather some data?
We need a System Diagnose captured as soon after a panic as possible, a System Report, and a new SoftRAID tech support file.
You can get them to me using filetransfer.io.
To capture a system Diagnose, paste this into the terminal:
sudo sysdiagnose -f ~/Desktop/

takes about 5 minutes, is a large file (300-500MB)

Lets see what we can learn, we will submit it to Apple as a panic, they are very interested in fixing as many panic scenarios as possible these days!

@sergey

We have the system diagnose file. Don't expect an immediate answer, it takes time to navigate the Apple train. But if we see something helpful, I will post it for you.

I temporarily connected the network via an adapter sonnet thunderbolt 3 to ethernet 10G to rule out a network card problem. I'll see what happens

What I would expect....

There is something odd about your system. Check something:

System Settings/General scroll down and get a system report.

Click on extensions.

look on the right side. Sort by "obtained from". Is this column blank? or populated?

Purely installed in November system on a formatted computer. Upload system report, from third-party programs only teamviewer, anydesk, avica (for remote access), mac fan control (only for temperature monitoring) and SoftRaid, updated today to Sequoia 15.2, We'll see

I have never seen these two columns blank before, which is why I bring it up. I cannot say if it has any bearing on your crashing, however.

Look at the two screen captures, a normal Extensions tab in a System Report and yours. (Both in the one you just attached and in the SoftRAID tech support file). Note both Notarized and Obtained columns are blank.

I do not know what it means, but it may represent an issue in your system.

Maybe over the weekend do a "reinstall MacOS", using recovery mode, which will not affect any settings, but will reinstall the base MacOS components. Then view your system report extensions tab, and see if you see the correct view of Extensions.

You do this by booting into recovery mode (hold power key at startup until you get the startup disk window

Select Settings

Click on Reinstall MacOS, let it install. This does not delete any installed apps, settings, etc.
