I have a Thunderbay 4 (Thunderbolt 2) enclosure that I transferred from my Late 2015 27" iMac and plugged it into my new iMac M4. I HAVE NOT installed SoftRAID on this new iMac yet. When I plugged the enclosure in it mounted without issue and looks to be working normally as the RAID 1+0 I had it set up as on the old iMac (via SoftRAID).
What is going on here? Has Seqouia 15.1 added RAID functionality it previously did not have?

This has been the behavior for 15 years, except for a couple years on ARM computers.
That is our intent, that a SoftRAID volume should always mount.
