@sergey

You are opening a SYstem Report?

and clicking the extensions tab?

The screen shot was taken from your system Report you sent.

@sergey

Make the columns narrower. That should show the remaining columns.

@sergey

They are there in your screen capture, see the two columns, Obtained From and Notorized?

Look on the server, those columns are blank.

I understood, but when I look at this window on the computer itself, these columns are not there at all, just like on my home computers, I suspect that if I send you a system report from these two computers, you will see these columns, but they will also be empty, I don’t know why. This is screen capture directly from the server, columns are not visible

@sergey

I captured the screen shot from Sequoia, so the two columns were not removed in Sequoia. I have never seen a System report before, without the data in these columns. They are important, as they confirm the extension is notarized (all apple are notarized, despite this bug introduced in about Ventura to call them "unknown"), and will show the source of extensions.

I don't know what is going on!

I look at hundreds of system reports, and never saw this missing. I will start to watch for it specifically now.

Feeel free to send from any you want me to look at for these. Note that there is a long standanding MacOS bug that views in the basic Apple utilities, the columns are obscured until you narrow the columns, then you can reorder them, resize, as normal. But there should be a scroll bar, if you mouse over, you might see it.
resize the columns like you would do in Excel, or Finder windows.

Yes, I can swap these columns and there is scrolling too, but these two are still missing on all my silicon computers, maybe I use some function that hides them. Here's something interesting. I have another computer, a macbook pro 16 silicon. Sorry, the interface is in Russian. Venture was installed on the computer and these columns were visible (and I marked them in red) and after updating to the latest version of Sequoia 15.2 ... they disappeared. I attach both screenshots.

@sergey

Thanks, I need to investigate this.

At least that is not related to your panics. It had me interested.

This appears to be an Apple Silicon issue.  I'm running an M1 Max MBP (15.2), an M2 Ultra Studio (15.1.1), and an M1 Mini (15.1.1) - those columns do not appear on any of these machines.  I have access to a 2012 Mini running Catalina, and it shows those two columns.  Will check my 2019 Intel iMac (15.2) shortly.
