I've double checked and I haven't received any recent email from owc.com. The last email from owc.com was to upgrade to SoftRaid 8 which I've already done.
Thank you for resending the email. I've been really busy the last couple of days and away from my computer. I haven't really had a chance to dive into it. I did attempt to try what was said in the email but I am not sure if I did it correctly because nothing has changed. I will attempt it again in the next couple of days.
If your volume is not showing the normal size, attach the text from terminal, we can see if it was applied properly.
It took wiping the drive for it to read the correct volume size. Once I did that I was able to reinstall everything from a back up.
Sorry for this, its a "finder" bug, which we need to work with Apple to get a permanent fix. Its not common, so hard to track down (reproduce) the cause.
