Is there a way to remove a Volume from SoftRaid but keep the data on the drive?
Using Mercury Elite Pro Dual
I have my RAID set up as IND-JBOD

You have two volumes set up? If so, yes SoftRAID can delete either one safely.
This assumes in SoftRAID, you have two separate volume tiles.
