I saw in another thread folks thought macOS 15.2 would fix the issue, however, I upgraded yesterday, and once again my system crashed.  This time the message in the system crash dialog is:

panic(cpu 10 caller 0xfffffe003500b7c4): Sleep transition timed out after 35 seconds while calling power state change callbacks. Suspected bundle: com.apple.iokit.IOThunderboltFamily. Thread 0x1bf96.

Any ideas?  I have the tech support report generated if it's useful.

Yes you can attach a support file. If the site does not allow it, try zipping it.
I don't think this was fixed in 15.2, but will check it out.

Here you are, as site won't upload the file zipped or unzipped).  I thought this thread implied it was fixed, but maybe I misread.

@josha

This may take time to investigate and we will report it to Apple again. If I need a System Diagnostic, I will let you know. Set system not to sleep in the meantime, sorry. (or unmount/disconnect)

I can't upload a .supt or a .zip file (I get file not supported), and renaming it doesn't work.  I tried giving a link to Dropbox but that reply was moderated to remove it.  How can I get you a file?
