I have a ThunderBay 4 running SoftRAID 8.6.1.0 (Windows 11) and I've been running into issues with some missing data and system hanging on shut down/reboot. I'm also running a hardware RAID 1 mirror using Intel RST for the PC boot drive. After researching, it looks like there may be some known issues with this type of setup. I'm looking for guidance on how to resolve the reboot hanging issue. I've tried disabling fast startup/hibernation, validated the SoftRAID array, but the behavior is the same. If I turn off the ThunderBay, it reboots with no issues. I'm seeing suggestions of downgrading to v7.5 as a potential solution. Any suggestions on resolving the hanging reboot issue? I opened a ticket a couple weeks ago an never received a response. Opened another today and received a auto-response, but was wondering if anyone else has any insight?

I note that you filed another support form, which was taken up. I asked the Customer Service rep to let me know on the resolution, so I can post it here.
