I have decided to open my Soft RAID XT on my mac, haven't been open it for a long time. But it not opens (I got Soft RAID XT 5.8.4) and running on Mac OS Monterey 12.7.6 - I was trying to download the new standard version on soft RAID XT but the site telling me that "You have reached maximum number of allowed orders in 1 hours. Please try again later." but it's my first download. How does this possible?
How i can download the new version of Soft RAID XT?
Starting my Soft RAID XT 5.8.4 - shows me such error

SoftRAID 5 cannot launch in newer versions of MacOS.
You need to upgrade to SoftRAID 8.
If all you are doing is "checking", you can use SoftRAID Standard. It is very limited on features, but is free and you can update the driver on your system.
For full features and support, we have SoftRAID Premium, which is now a subscription.

It was that link, when i clicked from the cart to chekout

now the cart is empty, so no checkout link with errors.
But i used to have a Soft RAID XT licence with my OWC Thunderbay 4 enclosure, i't sitting on the bottom of my Thunderbay 4 - but when I try to paste it to the licence key for the updated Soft RAID version - it's not working somehow, it shows me I need to buy a new license but i don't get it why i need to buy a new one if I already got one for the 5th version?

SoftRAID 5.x licenses are no longer supported. They work, up until 10.15, but not after.
And the number of characters changed, so unlike SoftRAID 6-8 licenses, we cannot upgrade them to support Premium. That is why you are getting invalid license errors. Sorry.

Is there any chance to get premium licence if I have XT version for Soft RAID 5? Cause now I am not able to pay for the 8 version with premium licence?

We do not have active support for SoftRAID 5 and do not have upgrade coupons any longer, its been too many years.
Generally, you need to buy SoftRAID 8 (Premium) and then maintain support.
Do you mean the store does not let you purchase Premium, or your license is not "upgradable"?
