@atakacs

I am still waiting for an engineering review of your configuration. It should be today.

I don't know if engineering is going to get to this anytime soon. But I don't think this is "Fixable", so you would need to reestablish the RAID volumes. Problem is, Standard does not support creating a new volume more than one time. Do you have another computer you can do that on?

So I have (1) purchased a full SoftRAID Premium license and used it to reformat the disk array. Still having an issue with one of the two volumes not mounting despite no error shown in the GUI (all "green"). Have also tried to submit a formal support ticket but can't seem to ba able to provide attachement, hence posting here (still think your web properties are subpar to say the least).

My guess is you created the volume as HFS, then assigned it to Time Machine, which mucked it up.
Delete the volume. Create it again as APFS. Now you can assign it to Time Machine and it will work fine.

In support cases, you cannot attach any files, until your case is opened by a support rep and you can respond with the support file. This is because of hackers/spammers, etc.

Yes a support file shows everything I need to look at your environment.
