I am receiving an error (SoftRAID License Activation Error) when attempting to reactivate my serial number.
Today, November 5th, the License Details web page ( https://software.owc.com/license/details/?serialNumber=#) says "Your SoftRAID 8 Premium license has expired" and also says "Your SoftRAID 8 Premium subscription is active It will renew automatically on November 4, 2025" but the subscription was already automatically renewed yesterday (November 4th).
Please advise how to get this working.

Should be fixed now. You may need to deactivate/activate your license to see it.

I have the same issue. I also renewed on 11/4/2024 and the website says "Your SoftRAID 8 Premium license has expired" and also says "Your SoftRAID 8 Premium subscription is active It will renew automatically on November 4, 2025." I sent a contact us message a day or two ago but did not hear back or even get an automated email saying you got my request.

Your SoftRAID 8 Premium license has expired
To continue using SoftRAID 8 Premium, you'll need to renew your license or purchase a new one.
Your subscription will expire on November 4, 2025.
