Hi, I am subscribed to the SoftRAID 8 Premium - 2 seats annual subscription. My serial number is SR7LT-xxxxx. The serial number starts with SR7LT because I had purchased softraid 7 lite in the past. I got a new computer, so I deactivated the license on my old computer, and tried activiting it on my new computer. When I input the serial, it doesn't seem to activate, it shows I am still on the premium trial. I tried rebooting, but it didn't seem to work.
I checked on the OWC software website, and it looks like the subscription is still active, shows renewal date is November 30, 2025

I am. not sure what the cause of this was, but the subscription was out of sync with the renewal. that is fixed, your license will renew in Nov 2025. thanks!

Hi, I tried entering the serial number just now. I get a pop up message that says "softraid standard license activated", (this message would pop up earlier today before I contacted support as well).
However, the main application screen, "about soft raid" screen, and the menu bar still show it is on trial mode. I included some screenshots.

Just attach a new support file. Screen shots don't really help!
