Similar to Benklein's issue; I bought a new Mac mini. I didn't deactivate my SoftRaid Premium on my old Mac. I installed the trail version and I can't enter my license. I've filled out the support form at least three times in the past two weeks and have not gotten any email, even acknowledging the case.
I get conflicting info on the support site as you can see.
I have 13 days left on the trail. How can I apply my valid license?
