Cannot create file system

I researched a bunch of similar topics and tried their solutions but could not get this to work.

Thunderbay 4 Mini
Mac OS 10.14.6

Went under privacy and gave full disk access still not working. Have yet to try restarting will try that next but wanted to post to see if I am missing something. Says driver 5.8.4 is loaded.

Run this command in terminal:

 

sudo kextstat -b com.softraid.driver.SoftRAID

You need your admin password, but paste the result here. It could be nothing, but mos likely it will show a result

Rebooted machined and did the same command and got the same result.

That is the issue, your driver is not loading. Try following these instructions and let me know.
