You have far too many disk ejects. You have sleep set to never, unchecked put drives to sleep, just confirming.
Did you check if your cable is tightly connected on both ends? Does either end seem loose?
Do you have a different cable to test with?
the thunderbay is not able to sustain a solid connection, even with it on its own Thunderbolt bus now. this is a hardware issue.
