I just got the pop up for the SoftRaid update today. Updated, restarted, and now my thunderbay raid will not mount. I’ve gone to system preferences and added OWC in the security panel (at first the drive mounted when I did this). Restarted my computer and the drives aren’t mounting. I do not have a T2 chip (2013 Mac Pro). Help me out.

The instructions should work;
You can tell if the driver is loading, by pasting this into the terminal command line:
kextstat -b com.softraid.driver.SoftRAID
No output, no driver.
We updated them yesterday, to add a section on Full Disk Access, some systems apparently need this added also.
The mounting problem is the SoftRAID driver is prevented from loading by OS X security. You need to approve OWC as an "Identified Developer".
