I have one Express 4M2 on this computer Raid 0. New Express will be RAID 4 and upgraded to Pro. This new Express will be moved to another location on a different computer. How would I create the RAID 4 on this computer before moving it? This computer has standard SoftRAID installed. Can I have 2 softRAIDS one pro and one Standard on the same computer. To achieve this?

You probably do not need to upgrade to Pro (unless the other computer has non OWC enclosures, for example) You do not get any other significant features.
A SoftRAID volume is self contained, so no work there, just move the card when it is set up.
You can only run one version of SoftRAID at a time, so don't worry about that aspect.
