When will you have the file to me to stitch "FLash sidecar HD" back together?

@softraid-support didn't notice that you sent a repair file until you asked how the recovery went.

I applied the recovery twice, and it did not rebuild after either restart.

@dougbitt

All the recovery file does is put the volume back together. Is the volume being marked "read only" by macOS? or is it mounting normally?

@dougbitt

We cannot get to this for a couple weeks, because of vacations. But I see the issue.

What happened to the fourth disk for DL R5?

What was the issue?

DL R5 it's rebuilding now, it's plugged into a drive dock that wasn't mounting. I have to occasionally unplug it to reset it. I don't like having all these hubs. Seems as though the bus ways are not as stable or as fast as the PCI's are.

@dougbitt

You meant USB? I agree, especially on the Mac, they are not as stable.

dougbitt

remind me the disk label name of the disk we are enabling adding the disk from.
Is it HD.2 WDe 2T or the Hitachi?
