Any Eta on rebuild?
Help me figure this one out - I copy the same file on my Studio (3 thunderbolt ports for 3 m2 drives) it takes 3 hours to copy and on my 11yr old mac pro none-raid drive 2.5 minutes

We sent an email. Did you try unmounting all volumes, then "Add disk"? It appears your partition maps are OK.
Are all file copies slow on your Mac Pro? Is it an APFS volume, or HFS? If APFS, is it encrypted? Obviously it should be faster on the new computer.
