I am not able to install 7.5 or 7.6 on a M2 macbook pro. I copy to applications and open SoftRaid, prompted for password to "install helper" and get a rainbow wheel that terminates with "An internal part of the SoftRAID Monitor has stopped functioning properly. Please quit SoftRAID and relaunch it." Obviously relaunching does nothing to help. I don't see the extensions loaded in either /Library/Extensions or /System/Library/Extensions. I was never prompted to approve security I assume because the kext never loads. I can give SoftRaid full disk access but without the extensions obviously that doesn't help anything.

Give the app full disk access. As of 13.3, no more reduced security requirements, etc. So that is not the issue.
We do not have a public beta, so go to softraid.com/support and fill in a case, and we can send you the current beta, which fixes about 80% of these issues.
