Needing help on this one team. I installed the trial of SoftRaid today on my windows 10 computer (by mistake), installation went fine, then I rebooted and got a bsod with WHEA Uncontrollable Error. Upon rebooting I uninstalled the software but, Now I cannot boot into my OS at all and my SSD is not showing up in my BIOS. I am unable to boot into safe mode or anything else other than the bios, but the problem is the drive doesn’t show up anymore. The SSD was functioning properly before this installation. Any suggestions on this before I ship my SSD off to have the data recovered?

Let me get back to you. SSD's are notoriously difficult to recover from, so lets see if this has a simpler solution. I need to catch a Windows engineer's attention, and its friday, but lets see what I can do.

From an engineer:

SSD not showing up in the bios is waaay beyond anything that software can influence.

I know you won't like the answer (due to timing) but there's no way SoftRAID could have caused that.

Is it a disk that can be removed? Can you try connecting the drive to a different computer?
