Thanks. We will have a new beta fairly soon, we almost have this issue figured out. It has to do with internal drives in the 2019 Mac Pro.
the link is here:

Please let me know.
(look for b7, it may take a couple hours to get posted)
Hi! It's been over 16 hours, and that link is still showing b6. Can I be sent a direct link?
@softraid-support The app did load without error for me, but I am still not seeing my second raid (my issue in the first place)
Any ideas of how to reestablish the raid without reformatting/ data loss?
Please attach a SoftRAID technical support file. that is all you should ever have to attach.
There is only one enclosure according to macOS. What is the second "RAID"? Is it a separate enclosure? If so, what is it? Does it have power?
@softraid-support I have two 8T internal Accelsior 4M2 drives. The new beta 7.6.1 b8 does now open and show the drives, but now neither one will mount. I generated the report but cannot open it as the helper app "has expired" Previously only one of the drives wouldn't mount. Now I don't have access to either. How can I get these drives to mount? DiskDrill did not mount it and I no longer have enough HD space to recover to. What are the next steps?
Users cannot open support files.
I can see some IO errors, but do not know what caused them. It looks like your graphics card is crashing, perhaps failing? I am guessing those crashes had something to do with the APFS volumes not mounting.
There are no repair tools for APFS volumes. If Disk Warrior starts support APFS one day, that would be great, but currently when APFS volumes fail to mount, recovering the data is the only option.
APFS was promised to not have this issue of the directory getting damaged and failing to be able to mount volumes, but clearly it does. I guess you need to pick up an external drive for recovering to.
