6.2 version and driver.

OS X 11.6.1

Raid 1+0 where a disk failed. When I replaced the failed disk it was "out of sync". now the volume won't mount. I have uninstalled, re-installed several times.

Please advise.

@broncocommandline-la

When did it last mount?

It appears you replaced two disks, but now have three disks out of sync.

I cannot tell from the logs, what caused this. Were the two disks you removed part of the same mirror pair?

I am concerned you removed the wrong two disks, it is confusing as the disks are all heavily used, none are new.

But what I see is the volume does not have enough of a volume header to be able to publish the volume, which is why there is no "disk Identifier" for the volume, even though the SoftRAID driver is loading.

@softraid-support it last mounted on 11/9. I replaced one disk and when I went to rebuild it went haywire.

I deleted it and am starting over from a backup.

@broncocommandline-la

Glad you have this resolved.

I am not sure why the volume header was damaged.
