Hello - I recently inherited a OSW Thunderbay drive starting a new job. The drive was working fine until I reinstalled Mac OS and wiped the computer and upgraded to Mac OS 13.4. After looking at the release notes I noticed I need version 7+ to be compatible with Mac OS 13.

I do not know much about OWC drives and have been used to using externals. I have installed Softraid 7.5 as a trial version so I could view the files on the drives, but it's not working.

I have attached the tech support report @softraid-support and was hoping someone could give me some guidance, so I can view my files.

the description of what you encountered does not seem correct. I see you initialize a 16TB drive, and also certified it. So it has no data. There is no volume on it either.

There are 3 other drives, initialized by Disk Utility. One is apparently a backup. the other two might be recently erased by Disk Utility.

What are you trying to end up with here?
