SoftRaid 7.6 on Ventura cannot unmount or delete volumes says SoftRAID is blocked from accessing one or more drives but full disk acces is set

Ok, sorry for the noob question but just got an OWC Thunderbay 8 set at factory to a default raid 5. Id like to change it to raid10 to reduce rebuild times when a disk fails but when I try to delete or even unmount a volume I get the error that softraid is blocked. 

I checked and full disk access is enabled. And it said that I needed to close all other apps which I did. I also rebooted and this didn’t help. Is it possible that there is some other application locking the volume. I can’t figure out what it is. It could be backblaze I guess or something else. Any ideas what it could be.
