I have a Thunderbay 4 set at RAID 0. When opening this drive on a mac, it mounts and I am able to use it just fine, and SoftRaid shows every disk online and healthy. When connected to Windows, it only shows up in SoftRaid and shows that Disk 2 is missing from the array. But I am still able to see that it is online in the disk section of the program.
What is the issue?

You may have to wait for a response from your Windows support ticket on monday.
When you connect to the Mac, are you getting any error messages at all?
