I tried to move all my SSD drives to a direct thunderbolt, but it always leaves one drive disconnected 3 R4, but when I put any one drive back to the thunderbolt hub, it shows the drives, but now refuses to mount the drives

The SoftRAID driver is always loaded in 13.3. the two volumes, PC m2 and Data m2 both are HFS and its my guess that the directory on both volumes is damaged and why the are not mounting.
If you have Disk Warrior, it should be able to rebuild the directory and repair both volumes. Otherwise, you need to restore from backup, or use a recovery type application (R-Studio, Disk Drill ) to recover the data to another volume.

I decided to delete the volumes & create new volumes & restore
