How to find file name at specified volume offset?

While running a Time Machine backup, I received the following message:

Jan 18 1156 - SoftRAID Driver: A disk for the volume "SSD 1" (disk11) encountered a read error (E00002E9). The disk (disk2, SoftRAID ID: 0803522BD950E000) was unable to read sectors. The error occurred at volume offset 1302060363776 (i/o block size 3043328). This disk should be replaced.

I'm running a 4-disk RAID 0 array on NVME drives (Samsung 970 EVO). The i/o error counter for disk 2 now shows "1".

How can I find the name of the file located at the specified volume offset?

Thanks!

There is no tool available that does this, that I know of. Once there was an app called x-ray, long abandoned, that could identify files by sector. But I do not know of any other app that accomplishes this.

Make sure your Samsung have updated firmware. Many of Samsung evo drives have been shipped without being totally Mac compatible. It's worth investigating.
