I'm struggling for days with the error "An internal part of Softraid" is not working. I tried nearly everything. Uninstall, quarantine, resetting kernels via recovery mode.
When I want to install the driver, it don't ask me for permission (allow OWC in system settings). So no chance to allow it.
When I want to install it manual with: sudo kmutil load -p /Library/Extensions/SoftRAID.kext
it says:
Error Domain=KMErrorDomain Code=71 "Incompatible architecture: Binary is for x86_64, but needed arch arm64e

What am I supposed to do? I need to change my RAID settings!
Try checking the quarantine status:
sudo xattr /Library/Extensions/SoftRAID.kext
It is in quarantine. I tried the terminal fix:
This does not work!
Reply back to SoftRAID support. if this does not immediately fix your problem, you need to uninstall SoftRAID.
We have a script to assist with that.
(I removed those terminal instructions, they should not be on a public forum.)
