I'm currently running 6.2.1 b8 and I've come across this a few times already (I've seen this with previous 6.2 builds before):
The odd thing is, the volume is not actually locked. I can still write to it, and in the SoftRAID app, there are no errors shown and the raid volume seems to be mounted without issues with all disks available. Is there actually something wrong? I'm attaching a tech support file just in case.

This scenario is a bug in our detection mechanism. I have it reproduced in house, but engineering has not been able to get to it, so hopefully it will be addressed soon. On the system I reproduced it on, another system on the same hardware does not do this, which is interesting.

Well, as long as my drives aren't actually hosed I'm happy.
On another note, I haven't had a single panic since switching to raid4 and installing 6.2.1 b8.
