Is it possible to Automatically Validate Volumes on a schedule?
Secondly, would this be a good practice or does Softraid already do something like this automatically?

If you can write a terminal script, yes, using the command line.
We do not supply a script for this. If you create one, you can put a link to your work here.

Awesome. Can I do that with the Lite version of Softraid?

SoftRAID Lite does not officially support the command line interface.
However, some of the command line functions may still work, but you cannot expect this to always be the case.
The command line functions are fully supported in SoftRAID (full).
