Hi,
Certify crashes SoftRAID each time it is used (Mojave, SoftRAID 5.7.5). I understand you are currently looking into that issue. Therefore I'm certifying a drive from the command line.
Is there a way to display the progress of the certification? After starting the process SoftRAID shows the following:-
SoftRAIDTool status: certifying disk at disk6
Number of passes is 3
...but no visible progress indication/count etc.

The answer is not currently.
Great suggestion.
Adding a terminal progress indicator makes total sense.
I will add it as a feature request.
