Hi,
Is it possible to migrate a RAID 5 volume created with Linux using mdadm to a Mac and keeping the data on the volume? Using Softraid?

Sorry no.
SoftRAID would not understand the partition map layout, it is a fair amount of effort to be able to convert from one RAID to another.
