Hi there,
Last night I go the dreaded failure message,"Raid 5 Degraded Failed". It is reporting that all 4 hard drives have I/O errors. Each drive has "I/O Errors 10" displayed so I ran the Validate command.
The validate command reported that "There were 0 RAID blocks which were updated. All parity data is now correct".
Additionally, the "Rebuild" option under Volume in the SoftRaid XT application is grayed out and I am not sure why.
See attached screenshots. I'm stumped as to how to resolve this?
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
