Is there a table or a post somewhere that shows how much actual storage is available with the different RAID configurations?
I know that two 1 TB drives in RAID 0 will give 2 TB of useable storage, and that two 1 TB drives in RAID 1 will give 1 TB of usable storage. I get that, but what about all the all other configurations?

Here is how you calculate:
(assuming all drives are same size)
RAID 1+0 = 50% of the total disk capacity
RAID 4/5 = total disk capacity -1 disk
So a 4 disk RAID 5, with 4TB drives = 12TB
